How Our Christmas Delivery Works

1️⃣ Choose your delivery date

Select your preferred delivery date at checkout — we’re delivering every day from Tuesday 16th December to Tuesday 24th December 2025. Once a date is full, it will automatically be removed from the calendar.

2️⃣ Freshly packed before dispatch

All of our hampers are hand-packed the day before dispatch, ensuring the freshest scones, pasties and cream arrive perfectly for your festive celebrations.

3️⃣ Delivered with care

Your order is delivered by our trusted courier network in fully insulated packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

🚚 Key Christmas Delivery Dates

  • Delivery Window: Tuesday 16th – Tuesday 24th December 2025
  • Final Delivery Day: Tuesday 24th December
  • Sunday 21st December Deliveries: Available for an additional £3.95, and all Sunday deliveries will arrive before 12 pm
  • Scotland, Northern Ireland & Remote Areas: Final available delivery date is Sunday 22nd December

  • Once dispatched, you’ll receive full tracking details via email and text.
  • Perishable products (such as scones, clotted cream, and pasties) have a 5-day shelf life upon arrival, so please plan accordingly.

Q: Can I change my delivery date?
A: Yes, please contact us at least 48 hours before dispatch and we’ll do our best to adjust it.

Q: Are deliveries guaranteed before Christmas?
A: Yes, for all orders scheduled on or before 24th December (and 22nd December for Scotland & Northern Ireland).

Q: What if my recipient isn’t home?
A: Our couriers will deliver to a neighbour or safe place.

Q: Do you deliver on Sundays?
A: Only Sunday 21st December — £3.95 surcharge, with delivery before 12 pm.

Q: How long do the items stay fresh?
A: All hampers are made fresh, with a 5-day shelf life once received.
