I bought an item as a gift, will there be any billing information included in the parcel? - No

I need to make a change to my order, what do I do? - Please email support@thecornishcompany to request any changes to your order. Whilst we will endeavour to make a requested change, we can't guarantee they will be actioned in time. We are currently unable to edit billing information once an order has been placed.

My item has been delivered late, will the contents still be fresh? - If your order arrives later than expected, please refer to the best before dates on the product in question before consuming. Many of our perishable goods are kept fresh in coolant bags to ensure they are as fresh as possible.

I would like to place a bulk order, how would I go about doing so? - Please email support@thecornishcompany for further information.

I would like to add products to my order - Please email to request any additions to your order, an updated invoice which includes a link to complete your purchase will be sent to you.

PLEASE NOTE - It is very important that the address is entered accurately, particularly the Postal Code which is the main determinant of where parcels go in the UK. Failure to provide a valid delivery address may result in your order going to the wrong person and still being charged.
