I bought an item as a gift, will there be any billing information included in the parcel? - Rest assured, there will be no billing information included in the parcel if you purchased an item as a gift. We understand the importance of keeping surprises a secret, and we take every measure to ensure a seamless gifting experience for you and your recipient

I need to make a change to my order, what do I do? - Please email support@thecornishcompany to request any changes to your order. Whilst we will endeavour to make a requested change, we can't guarantee they will be actioned in time. We are currently unable to edit billing information once an order has been placed.

How Quickly Can I get My order? - You can choose a delivery date up to 4 months in advance. If you need your order the next day, be sure to order before 2pm. After 2pm, the next available delivery date will be the day after. Standard delivery will be deliveredbetween 7am to 9pm or there is an option for a delivery before 12pm for an additional charge

Which Courier Do We Use ? - We use between DPD, Yodel, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.

My item has been delivered late, will the contents still be fresh? - If your order arrives later than expected, please refer to the best before dates on the product in question before consuming. Many of our perishable goods are kept fresh in coolant bags to ensure they are as fresh as possible. 

I would like to place a bulk order, how would I go about doing so? - Please email support@thecornishcompany for further information.

I would like to add products to my order - Please email support@thecornishcompany.com to request any additions to your order, an updated invoice which includes a link to complete your purchase will be sent to you.
