I know from my own actual delivery of a cream tea that it was excellent . I was however a little dissapointed with card . I wrote a message and received 2 different emails . One showing what appeared to be the format for the gift card but no message . Another saying will be delivered by 22nd January . I waited but received nothing . After a phone call was told dirty the message is only on the cream yea orders not a gift card . I gad organised this with a message for a friends special birthday . If I hadn’t phoned then I would t face known that that was the actual gift card without any message . Bit frustrating !!

Gift made me want a hamper for myself

My lovely friend sent a pic of what she had ordered, it looked amazing. She told me the had enjoyed it all! She ordered the cream tea with Cornish pasties.

Gift Card

I purchased two £50 gift "cards" for Christmas presents. I did know that an actual card would not be issued but when I printed the email confirmation the "card" was so small it was almost unreadable. I was asked for a delivery date so expected something more detailed to be emailed on that date but nothing was received. There was no information about the Company on the original email so people would know what you "offered" so I had to print something from your website I really think this is something that can be improved.

Gift cards

Received on line gift cards day after ordering. As were gifts for older people,, would have been nicer to receive an actual gift card with instructions on how to use as the are not tech savvy. However I'm sure that they will enjoy their gift all the same.

Perfect present

Ordered a Cornish tea for two for my mums 80th birthday, which included 4 x fruit scones 4xjams and Cornish clotted cream, extra goodies included shortbread biscuits and other biscuits, 4 teabags. I paid extra for 2 x pasties too. It was delivered on time, communication was excellent, driver who delivered was wonderful. My mum was elated with the parcel!😁she couldn’t say enough about the quality of all the goodies inside, scones were as light as a feather, jam was delicious and extra quality, biscuits delicious and as for the pasties, she said the pastry was beautiful and light and the pasties were packed full of steak etc, she was so happy. I’ve ordered from this company before and I know it’s my go to goody people from now on, they are just superb. Thank you
