About Trewithan Dairy:
Starting as humble dairy farmers, the Clarke family has been at the heart of Trewithen Dairy since they began crafting dairy products on their Greymare Farm in 1994. Their hands-on approach, from bottling milk after bedtime to crafting clotted cream by hand, won over many enthusiasts of Cornish dairy delights. By 2001, faced with increasing demand, the Clarkes made the pivotal decision to transition entirely from dairy farming to dairy processing, expanding into butter and yoghurt. Today, under the leadership of son Francis and a dedicated team, Trewithen Dairy boasts over 250 employees - all integral members of this big, unified family business.
