      Our gift hampers are packed in our classic Cornwall-themed gift boxes. Want to make their birthday extra special? Add in some extra treats from our Cornish food and drink range or a birthday card with a personalised message to show how much they mean to you.

      Can I add a birthday message to my gift?

      Absolutely! You can add a personalised message at the checkout, and we’ll pop it into one of our complimentary Cornwall-themed cards, making your gift a proper job from start to finish.

      Can I choose a delivery date?

      Yes, you can! After selecting your hamper, head to the checkout, and you’ll find an option to choose your preferred delivery date. We recommend ordering in plenty of time to ensure your gift arrives on time for the big day. Please note: there could be delays around your scheduled date due to unforeseen courier dates beyond our control.

      What are your delivery options?

      We offer free next-day delivery on all our hampers as long as you order before 2 pm the day before! Your orders will be dispatched from Monday to Friday and delivery is available from Tuesday to Saturday, with a standard window between 7 am to 9 pm, giving you plenty of time to get their birthday present delivered. For last-minute shoppers, if you need to get your hamper delivered before 12 pm, you can pay a little extra to ensure it arrives on time for the birthday celebration.

      Do you deliver all over the UK?

      Yes, we provide delivery across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, with no additional charges for these areas. Please note that we currently only deliver within the UK, as shipping perishable items overseas may compromise their freshness and quality.

      My birthday gift has been delivered late, will the contents still be fresh?

      If your order arrives later than expected, please check best-before dates on the individual products. Perishable items are packed with a best-before date of 5 days from arrival to ensure freshness.

      Will there be any billing information included in the parcel?

      Rest assured, there will be no billing information included in the parcel if you purchased an item as a gift. We understand the importance of keeping surprises a secret, and we take every measure to ensure a seamless gifting experience for you and your recipient.
