I can only comment personally on the assistance that I received from your customer services team. It was exceptional. The courier company had issues delivering the parcel but your team immediately issued a replacement which was received by Mum the following day. Thank you so much. Excellent service!

I ordered this for a friends 80th birthday. I knew that she would share it with her very good friend who is Celiac. It was just perfect to find scones that were gluten free. I was told they tasted delicious too & were a perfect present. Thank you.

I sent this as a present. The recipient told me everything was delicious, the scones were very fresh and delicious, they particularly liked the ginger farling biscuits. I will be using the company to send some as Christmas presents .

Sent to my friend, overwhelmed by work.was a lovely surprise treat. Would have been perfect if would include doggy treats. I would certainly add those in to the basket.Do love some scone though

Everything was just as good as usual apart from the coffee!! I was very disappointed in the taste. I think you should look for another brand maybe? Even though I am a coffee drinker I will stick to the tea next time.

The scones were really fluffy and light. The Fairings and Shortbread were just superb. Wish I had ordered extras. The rest was excellent as always.

Thy delivered it on the hotest day of the year and didnt even attempt to leave it with a neighbour. So was no good to eat when the recipient came home from work. The customer service just said because i didn’t specify where to leave it theres nothing they could do. Rubbish service wouldn’t recommend
