Which Courier Do We Use? - We use between DPD, Yodel, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.
Perishable Goods: Some hampers contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.
Shelf Life: Scones & Pasties last for 5 days; clotted cream for 5-7 days. For specific best before dates, check product packaging.

Gift Card

I purchased two £50 gift "cards" for Christmas presents. I did know that an actual card would not be issued but when I printed the email confirmation the "card" was so small it was almost unreadable. I was asked for a delivery date so expected something more detailed to be emailed on that date but nothing was received. There was no information about the Company on the original email so people would know what you "offered" so I had to print something from your website I really think this is something that can be improved.

Gift cards

Received on line gift cards day after ordering. As were gifts for older people,, would have been nicer to receive an actual gift card with instructions on how to use as the are not tech savvy. However I'm sure that they will enjoy their gift all the same.

Christmas Treat

I ordered the hamper with pasties and scones as a treat for me and my husband for Christmas. Pasties were delicious and the scones the fluffiest scones I’ve ever had, truly lovely. I may have lived in Devon for 20 years before moving up north but it’s definitely jam on first for me much to the horror of my Devonian friends. Thanks very much and will be ordering in the future.

Problem Resolved

My hamper was booked to be delivered to my mum on Dec 23rd however the Post Office failed to do this. I contacted the Cornish company on the 24th to make them aware and to be honest didn't expect a reply, but reply they did and promised a replacement would be sent ASAP after the Christmas break and mu mum got hamper on Jan 3rd and was very pleased with it.. Nobody likes a problem with Christmas presents going missing but some do and its how the company responds to this shows the real value behind good customer service and The Cornish Company proved its self.. One very happy customer with a very happy mum..

Absolutely Fabulous

I ordered 3 seperate orders, 1 for my mom, 1 for my mother in law & 1 for my son and his wife. They have all called me, beautiful scones, beautiful cream and Jam. The T bags were lovely too.
I would highly recommend the cream tea hamper, finger licking scrumptioness!
