Cornish Coffee’s Original Blend combines carefully selected coffees from Latin America and East Asia to create an easy-drinking medium roast that’s perfect for your everyday brew.

Expect a smooth and balanced cup with subtle notes of honey and vanilla, followed by a roasted peanut and malty finish. Or forget the tasting notes altogether, stick the kettle on and decide for yourself.

About Cornish Coffee

Cornish Coffee is a family-owned business based right here in Cornwall. Originally founded as The Cornish Tea Company, they soon turned their attention to coffee after customers asked for something equally good to go alongside their tea.

Good coffee, fair prices and a proper Cornish approach to doing business.

How to make a proper cup

1. Add one dessertspoon of ground coffee per person to your cafetière. Like it stronger? Add a little more.

2. Add approximately 250ml of freshly boiled water per person, allowing the water to come just off the boil first.

3. Give it a stir, pop the plunger on top and leave to brew for around 4 minutes.

4. Take the plunge, pour and enjoy.

Perfect for a proper Cornish crib — that’s a tea or coffee break for anyone from across the Tamar.

Storage: Once opened, store in a cool, dry place and consume within one month for the best flavour.

  • Free Next Day Delivery: This applies to all collections except for the Cornish Food Drink Section & Cards/Gifts

  • Out of area Deliveries:  Areas where this may apply include:

    Scotland including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Mull, and other Hebridean Islands, Orkney and Shetland Islands,

    Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands

    For out of area we always recommend choosing the day before your desired delivery date at checkout, this should ensure that your order is delivered either the day before or on the day of your special event

  • Delivery Availability: Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, with delivery available Tuesday to Saturday up to 3 months in advance.

  • Delivery Options: Standard delivery will be delivered between 7am to 9pm or there is an option for a delivery before 12pm for an additional charge. 

    Please Note: All deliveries are made on a "leave safe" service, meaning if your intended recipient is not in, your parcel will be left safe and a picture provided for your reference.

  • Which Courier Do We Use? - We use between DPD, InPost, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.

  • Perishable Goods: Some hampers contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.

  • Shelf Life: Scones & Pasties last for 5 days; clotted cream for 5-7 days. For specific best before dates, check product packaging.

Choosing Your Delivery Date:

  • Availability: Select your preferred date on the checkout page up to 3 months in advance, with deliveries available from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • Exclusions: Delivery is not available on Sundays, Mondays or the day immediately following a Bank Holiday

  • AM Delivery: Morning delivery options are also available.

  • While you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, please be aware this is not a guaranteed service. Courier delays can occur and are beyond our control.
