      Can I add a thank you message to my hamper?

      Yes, you can!! At the checkout, you can choose to add a personalised message - we’ll pop it into one of our complimentary Cornwall-themed cards and make sure it arrives with your thank you gift.

      Can I choose a delivery date for my hamper?

      Absolutely! After selecting your thank you gifts, head to the checkout and you’ll find an option to choose your preferred delivery date. We recommend ordering sooner rather than later to ensure your thank you gift arrives on your preferred date. Please note there could be delays around your scheduled date due to unforeseen courier dates beyond our control.

      What are your delivery options?

      We offer free next-day delivery on all our thank you hampers when you order before 2 pm the day prior! Delivery is available Tuesday to Saturday, with a convenient time window from 7 am to 9 pm, giving you plenty of flexibility to get their thank you gift delivered on time. Deliveries are dispatched from Monday to Friday. If you’re a last-minute shopper and need your hamper before 12 pm, you can opt for a small additional fee to guarantee it arrives in time.

      Do you deliver all over the UK?

      Yes, we offer delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands, with no extra charges for these regions. Please note that we currently deliver within the UK only, as sending perishable items overseas can affect their freshness and quality.

      My thank you gift has been delivered late, will the items still be fresh?

      If your order arrives later than expected, please refer to the best before dates on the product in question before consuming. All Perishable items have a best before of 5 Days upon arrival.

      Will there be any billing information included in the parcel?

      Rest assured, there will be no billing information included in the parcel if you purchased an item as a gift. We understand the importance of keeping surprises a secret, and we take every measure to ensure a seamless gifting experience for you and your recipient.
