About Cornish Cheese Co
Cornish Blue was conceived by Phillip and Carol Stansfield in 2001 amidst plummeting milk prices. Recognizing a gap in the Cornish cheese market, Phillip trained in cheesemaking and transformed a part of their farm into a cheese production unit. - Exclusions: Delivery is not available on Sundays and Mondays.
