    I'd like to know which is the favourite cheese to accompany your scones....
    I'm a customer of yours - a new customer -up in Lancashire. There's 3 basic kinds of Lancashire Cheese, you will probably know of. My favourite is ' Mrs Kirkham's Tasty Lancashire' , made only 4 miles from my home. I do NOT work for this Dairy....but this is the nicest cheese, in the "Land of the Lanky Cheese Makers ( about 7 different Cheese Dairies in this part of the World ) - that I've ever eaten in my 70 years. And the ONLY one using RAW ( non-pasturised) Milk and the traditional methods, since 1978.
