Which Courier Do We Use? - We use between DPD, Yodel, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.
Perishable Goods: Some hampers contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.
Shelf Life: Scones & Pasties last for 5 days; clotted cream for 5-7 days. For specific best before dates, check product packaging.

Gift voucher

Only 4 stars because I had to phone to confirm I could voucher on day I wanted as online order made it look like I wouldn't get it till next day otherwise great customer service

Gift card

I bought the e-gift card as a birthday present for a friend so they could choose what they would like to order and when as they are fans of both the sweet and savoury hampers. It was easy to purchase the card and my friend was able to redeem it without any issues. However the order form could be improved:
1. I was not able to put in my friend’s email address so the gift card came to me and I had to forward it.
2. The earliest delivery date offered was 4 days later, as if it was a physical item, which was a bit confusing as the email did in fact arrive within 1/2 hour of purchase. If only a gift card is being ordered it would be useful if the choose delivery date option can be from the day of purchase.

Great idea for a gift

Easy to order, and much appreciated by the person receiving the gift.
