My lovely friend got me this beautiful hamper, arrived before Christmas and well packaged. However…… the clotted cream had no “best before / use by date” printed on it, a space where it should be but checked all over and not on it anywhere. Also no storage info, didn’t know if Christmas puddings needed to be refrigerated etc and couldn’t see any heating information. Just a bit more information is required. Otherwise it was lovely.

According to the recipient, it was superb! ordered from Florida and delivered in the UK. outstanding service and great quality...

The hamper was a gift to my Uncle but I received no photos that it had been delivered

Sent this to my cousin for Christmas it arrived on the 23 rd December She really liked the hamper and the contents of course I would buy this again

We ordered it for delivery on 23/12 in time for Christmas it wasn’t delivered. After 2 emails and nearly 2 weeks delay in a reply. Another hamper was delivered today 3/1. So my dad has only just got his Christmas gift. 😠

Sent as a gift. The contents were enjoyed. A good portion of treats for someone living alone.

Didn’t turn up ,I know been sent a bout due to me chasing where the order was ,had to say to my friend not forgot them at Xmas ,was not nice

This product was a present and no doubt as delicious as previous orders, unfortunately due to issues outside your control it was not delivered, but was immediately addressed by issue of a credit note, so thank you.

Contents excellent. However there appeared to be no obvious heating instructions on Christmas puddings.

I received an email to say it wasn’t available a couple of days before. Yes you sent something else to replace it but I would have thought something as a little recompense may have been appropriate too
