I bought this for my sister as a Christmas present, she and her husband were delighted with it, it was lovely and very acceptable.

Ordered cheese and cider hamper for my son in laws birthday. He was really pleased with it. Service was excellent, had to change address customer service was helpful and polite. Thank you looking forward to next birthday etc.

Have not seen this product myself as sent as a birthday gift to cheese lover who had one in 2004 and was more than happy to have another this year.

Order placed as a gift on 1st, invoice confirmed delivery for the 2nd. On the 3rd, I received an email saying item was going to be delivered later that day (a day late). As I didn’t receive acknowledgment from the recipient, I contacted the company on the 6th; they said they’d tried to deliver but couldn’t so the product was disposed of as it was a consumable, and that I could reorder at a discounted price! When asked why I hadn’t been contacted to say that they couldn’t deliver, they said it was my responsibility to track the order. The “customer services” representative was officious and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Another fantastic hamper of cheese and cider, which my husband enjoyed, immensely! I have now ordered three hampers, all of which my family have enjoyed very much. Unfortunately, I still to enjoy myself. Packaging always secure, and contents amazing. A wonderful service, fantastic food + drink, all sourced locally.
