Bitterly disappointed.

I ordered on 11th April an Easter cream tea to be delivered yesterday for my family with 2 little girls to take on holiday in their caravan today. I stayed in all day as I didn’t want it left outside in case it rained. No delivery arrived. I tried to contact them this morning after 8.00am, The phone kept ringing but then I got a message to say that the inbox is full. I messaged them and got a swift reply to say that my order hasn’t been dispatched yet but they will message me the day before it’s due. ( Which was yesterday!). It’s Bank holiday today and on Monday so I’m completely in Limbo as to what is going to happen now.

Avoid! Unreliable and no customer service

I ordered an Easter bunny cream tea to be delivered today. This was ordered in plenty of time. Sadly no cream tea turned up and no tracking info that works! Tried to contact the company with no joy! This was a surprise for someone who will no not get the item in time!
I would avoid this company if you are looking for a reliable delivery item!

Not the service I expect

My cream tea was supposed to be to be delivered today. On waking this morn I recieved an email stating there was a problem and to “contact the seller” which I did. I was advised that the couriers tracking system wasn’t updated. I therefore contacted the courier who advised me that their tracking system wasn’t updated updated and I did need to contact the supplier as the item were not being delivered today. I contacted the supplier advising them of this and reiterated ten items be resent to the recipients address. I was advised my issue would be sent to a specialist team and someone would be in touch this was at 9.40 this morning. Yet I’m still awaiting any response. Awful service
