    Scotland including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Mull, and other Hebridean Islands, Orkney and Shetland Islands,

    Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands

    For out of area we always recommend choosing the day before your desired delivery date at checkout, this should ensure that your order is delivered either the day before or on the day of your special event

  • Delivery Availability: Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, with delivery available Tuesday to Saturday up to 3 months in advance.

  • Delivery Options: Standard delivery will be delivered between 7am to 9pm or there is an option for a delivery before 12pm for an additional charge. 

    Please Note: All deliveries are made on a "leave safe" service, meaning if your intended recipient is not in, your parcel will be left safe and a picture provided for your reference.

  • Which Courier Do We Use? - We use between DPD, InPost, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.

  • Perishable Goods: Some hampers contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.

  • Shelf Life: Scones & Pasties last for 5 days; clotted cream for 5-7 days. For specific best before dates, check product packaging.

Choosing Your Delivery Date:

  • Availability: Select your preferred date on the checkout page up to 3 months in advance, with deliveries available from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • Exclusions: Delivery is not available on Sundays, Mondays or the day immediately following a Bank Holiday

  • AM Delivery: Morning delivery options are also available.

Mothers Day present was not received

The order I placed well in advance of Mothers Day was not received, causing great disappointment. Although the order was replaced, it was late and I was disappointed that the company did not go the extra mile to apologise here or compensate for the late order. Sadly, I won't be using this company again.

We have used this company alot and it has always been exceptional. However we ordered my mum-in-law aged 91 a joint birthday and mother's day hamper. We do not know what happened but all that was delivered was a large pasty, a large shortbread biscuit. Two tea bags and scones. We emailed the Cornish company to ask what had happened to the Mother's Day Indulgence Hamper and the error was sorted out in a very timely manner which is why we still scored 5 and will still use this company. We love the free delivery to anywhere in the UK which is a huge bonus. Thank you, the Indulgence hamper was eventually amazing! We look forward to using you again in the very near future. We wanted to use you for Easter Egg purchases but you had sold out which means they must be very good!
