The classic Cornish steak pasty. Need we say more?

Handmade right here in Cornwall with quality steak, sliced potato, onion and swede, all perfectly seasoned and wrapped in golden pastry. Proper, hearty and unmistakably Cornish.

There’s only one word for it: Ansum.

Our pasties are freshly baked before being frozen for their journey. They’ll arrive in a chilled state, ready to pop straight into the fridge and enjoy. Once received, the pasties must not be refrozen.

Heating advice:
Our pasties can be enjoyed cold or warmed through. To enjoy hot, place on the middle shelf of a preheated oven at 180°C (160°C fan) for 15–20 minutes. Ensure the pasty is piping hot throughout before serving.

Delivery

  • Free Next Day Delivery: This applies to all collections except for the Cornish Food Drink Section & Cards/Gifts

  • Out of area Deliveries:  Areas where this may apply include:

    Scotland including the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Skye, Isle of Mull, and other Hebridean Islands, Orkney and Shetland Islands,

    Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands

    For out of area we always recommend choosing the day before your desired delivery date at checkout, this should ensure that your order is delivered either the day before or on the day of your special event

  • Delivery Availability: Choose your preferred delivery date at checkout, with delivery available Tuesday to Saturday up to 3 months in advance.

  • Delivery Options: Standard delivery will be delivered between 7am to 9pm or there is an option for a delivery before 12pm for an additional charge. 

    Please Note: All deliveries are made on a "leave safe" service, meaning if your intended recipient is not in, your parcel will be left safe and a picture provided for your reference.

  • Which Courier Do We Use? - We use between DPD, InPost, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.

  • Perishable Goods: Some hampers contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.

  • Shelf Life: Scones & Pasties last for 5 days; clotted cream for 5-7 days. For specific best before dates, check product packaging.

Choosing Your Delivery Date:

  • Availability: Select your preferred date on the checkout page up to 3 months in advance, with deliveries available from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • Exclusions: Delivery is not available on Sundays, Mondays or the day immediately following a Bank Holiday

  • AM Delivery: Morning delivery options are also available.

  • While you can select a preferred delivery date at checkout, please be aware this is not a guaranteed service. Courier delays can occur and are beyond our control.

Not what I was expecting.

The pasties were wet and sloppy as if they had been frozen and defrosted, not fresh from the oven. My mum requested these for a tea party for the family as it was her 50th wedding anniversary. The delivery via dpd was not ideal either as it was scorching hot, they left the box on the doorstep and didn't even ring the doorbell. Will not recommend.
