I sent the Love Heart Cream Tea Hamper to my friend whose birthday is 13th February. She was delighted with it, she loved the packaging and said that the scones were the best she had had, and were very fresh (she had the last one 2 days after receiving the hamper and said that it was still nice and fresh). I had to rearrange the delivery date when I found out she was going to be away for a couple of days and the customer service was excellent and changed the delivery date immediately and kept me updated. Very happy
