Delivery Availability: From Tuesday to Saturday.
Delivery Options: Standard delivery will be delivered between 7am to 9pm or there is an option for a delivery before 12pm for an additional charge
Which Courier Do We Use? - We use between DPD, Yodel, & Royal Mail for deliveries, based on the recipient's location.
Perishable Goods: Some hampers contain perishable items. Please ensure they are refrigerated upon arrival.
Shelf Life: Scones & Pasties last for 5 days; clotted cream for 5-7 days. For specific best before dates, check product packaging.

Gift card Purchase

Disappointed as we were asked for any message we wished to include only to find the message could not be added anyway as the gift card is emailed. Think the gift card presentation could be improved with better artwork.

Not used the vouchers yet as they were a gift.
Old fashioned but would have been nice to have received a physical voucher to pass on to recipient. Printed email then forwarded email.

Easy to order

Although I prefer an actual gift card of course email gift is what everyone uses, bought for a friend so they have up to a year to use, ideal present.

Only 4 stars because I had to phone to confirm I could voucher on day I wanted as online order made it look like I wouldn't get it till next day otherwise great customer service

Lovely cream tea for two

Sent this to neighbour for a surprise and they loved it. Excellent service and delivery would recommend.
The only comment I would like to add is that it would have been nice to have the option of fruit scones with my order. When I phoned to ask about this I was told it is not available with the cream tea for two 🙁
