The Mum Pasty & Cream Tea Hamper

Ordered for Mother’s Day as I was out of the country and my mum waited and it did not come. Very disappointing

I ordered the pasty and cream tea hamper for my mum for mother's day. Due to lack of organisation on my part I had to reschedule the delivery twice and both times the cornish company sorted my request instantly and were very helpful. The hamper eventually arrived at the correct time and my mum was well happy. 100% would recommend.

Scones, cream, jam, biscuit lovely. Pasty not a cornish proper pasty. Too many onions and pastry. Not enough meat.

I paid extra to have this delivered on Mothers Day but didn’t anticipate this would be after 9pm and I kept having to take time out to track and check whereabouts while spending time with mum. The Yodel updates were inaccurate and service appalling with the driver leaving the package on mums doorstep in the rain and informing me it was in the secure place of outhouse (she doesn’t have one). Luckily she saw someone going down her path and found the package.
The actual contents were beautiful and enjoyed but the delivery really let me down on a special occasion.

Unfortunately, the delivery of the hamper, which was ordered specifically as a gift for mothers day, was extremely disappointing and ruined what should have been a lovely surprise gift for mothers day. We were given a 1 hr delivery time slot for an am delivery however the order was not actually received until late evening (7pm). Despite tracking that the delivery was only 3 stops away at the expected time of delivery, the tracking status kept on updating to the delivery being further & further away from the delivery address.

Ordered a hamper for my elderly Mum for Mother’s Day. They totally failed to deliver it. Compensation? A refund of the £2.95 ‘Sunday delivery’ postage premium and a ‘complimentary’ packet of fudge added to the rescheduled order three days later. A total disappointment.

Ordered and never received, tried to get through to them and because they’re “a small company” they refused to help only offered me a discount on my next order. Not good enough

I got this hamper for my mum for a birthday present. She was thoroughly delighted with everything inside and said how incredibly tasty it was. Good son points right here.

I purchased a fabulous mother’s days box and was not disappointed!!! My 85 year old Mum was thrilled with the afternoon tea, decorated biscuit and pasty. The quality of the food was second to none and she thoroughly enjoyed every bite. I will definitely be ordering more from you in the future 👍

Really disappointed as I ordered 2 hampers, 1 arrived on time to my mother in law the other I had to contact and complain as it had not arrived. There was no offer of a discount or an extra pasty just the replacement sent a week late, so it didn't have the same effect as it would have if it had arrived for mother's day.

My mum is quite hard to please, but this hamper was so well received. She absolutely adored the pasty she thought it was the best she ever had tasted. She split the scones over a couple of days. This is an amazing gift for someone who doesn’t need anything.
